For Global Manufacturer of Mining and Construction Equipment… The company’s North American division called on Synergy for help in developing a new warranty data system. The new system needed to centralize and manage the data, and make it accessible for decision makers in various business units across the firm. The team started by making a detailed statistical business analysis of the current system. The analysis revealed that the required data was scattered throughout many business divisions, and that the system would ultimately support many functions and units within the company.
