Due to the company’s restructuring, changes needed to be made to various business and I.T. processes. But first, the company needed to address its IT infrastructure to support new processes and applications.

In 2008, Synergy was contracted to work on system architecture. Synergy re-designed the infrastructure, then installed and upgraded servers and thousands of desktops, at multiple locations. Synergy architected and built the new system. After the infrastructure work was completed, Synergy provided BPM and EDI solutions to manage the company’s processes.
