Synergy will work with clients in the manner they choose, such as providing business and technical professionals with specific expertise that clients do not have in-house or managing and staffing full life-cycle projects to transform business.
 
Our business is growing and we are looking to add dynamic, self-motivated Sales Professional to our Chicagoland office, located in Lisle, IL.
 
The position will primarily focus on client facing activities; cold calling potential new customers, managing existing relationships, working with our resource group to respond to opportunities. Execute an organized game plan to bring new business to the company on a regular basis. Performance and profitability will be your focus. This position reports the Vice President.
 
The job requirements and candidate qualifications are:
 
5+ years of IT services sales experience
Highly motivated
Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to negotiate, create opportunities and close the deal
Have a proven track record in the service industry
Results driven
Strong networking skills and dedication to follow-up
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
MS Office and Internet skills
Proven prospecting process
Must be able to manage large customer relationship
Ability to build lasting relationship
Must be well organized, efficient and detailed orientated
